HOW MUCH DOES THE SUPPORT COST?

This course is an investment of £29 per month.


How is this delivered?

The sleep support is delivered via Whatsapp/Telegram, which includes essential resources, peer support and most importantly regular contact with Kathryn


When does the course LAUNCH?

You can join at anytime


What age is this course for?

This course is aimed at parents with children under 5 years old, although the content covered is also useful for older children


Do you promote leaving children to cry?

No I don’t, I am a certified Gentle Sleep Coach. You do not need to leave your child to cry to improve their sleep


Do you accept refunds?

I give you so much valuable information , it is up to you how you apply this information in your sleep coaching journey. I want to support you and hold you accountable as much as I can, this is why I do not offer refunds on the course but do have free sleep consultations should you wish to discuss your personal sleep situation in more detail.


CAN I CANCEL MY MONTHLY PAYMENT?

You can cancel your monthly payment at any time, all that is required is 1 months notice. You cancel by emailing Kathryn at kathryn@kathrynstimpson.com. You can also pause your payment for a month, you can request this to the same email address.
